Crash Reports can be obtained at the Newton County Sheriff’s Department Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Insurance companies or parties involved can acquire crash reports from the Newton County Sheriff’s Department. Requested crash reports can be obtained in person or by written request 3-5 days from the date of the crash. There will be a fee of $8.00 per crash report. Cashier’s checks, business checks, money orders, or cash in the exact amount are accepted forms of payment (no personal checks.)
